Reducing inequalities in UK higher education

Higher education institutions are turning to eTextbooks to help reduce inequalities between various student groups. Our research shows that students facing financial challenges, those with disabilities, and mature students receive a greater benefit from digital materials, thus improving their overall learning experience.

Through a survey conducted at the end of 2017, information was gathered from almost 1,000 students from 184 different higher education institutions to learn more about their experiences with eTextbooks. Read the report to learn how digital learning materials can help reduce challenges through affordability, flexible access, and functionality.
